LYT 16 Workshop - Introduction

Helps link my thinking and develop my PKM system.

Current Obsidian Graph before LYT 16

I'm excited to participate in Linking Your Thinking (LYT) Workshop 16 cohort from Oct 13–Nov 11. It provides an opportunity to focus on building and improving my PKM system based on Obsidian linked notes (integrated with other apps) as well as a truly unique experience with a wonderful community

I have been active since 2023 in LYT 11–15 Workshops, Notemaking Mastery (NMM), Writing Original Works (WOW), and many LYT Gongs and Happy Hours.

I have ongoing efforts in Family Knowledge, App Integration, Shortcuts, and Shine a LYT on PKM. I have shared some of this content in Circle and Showcases, and published some here on my Ghost website, blog, newsletter, as well as a digital garden with active Obsidian notes being developed for publishing.

Recently, I have been developing a knowledge graph model of my PKM system and will write more about my experiences and how that's changing the architecture, patterns, and practices for my Obsidian linked notes.

I'm also developing some Swift apps as well as Python and JavaScript services that help with management and administration of my Obsidian notes, Ghost website, and others APIs, and I will be learning in public along the way.

I wished I learned more about making linked notes much earlier in my life, but better late than never. It has been so valuable for me over the past few years in the LYT community. I has energized my thinking, curiosity, learning, writing, and sharing. It adds more joy in the last phase of my life, while sharing knowledge with myself, family, community, and others.

I'm excited to begin this LYT 16 Workshop. It will be interesting to see what my knowledge graph looks like after it's over. I will share updates throughout the workshop. Please subscribe to my newsletter and follow me on the social web (fediverse) platforms via ActivityPub at @[email protected].
