Writing Original Works - Course Launch

Nick Milo and the Linking Your Thinking (LYT) team recently launched the self-paced version of Writing Original Works based on their outstanding live WOW Workshop. There tagline really sums it up so well. This is exactly what it does, and it is done so well.

I was extremely fortunate to be an alumni of their first and only Writing Original Works (WOW) Workshop as a live cohort recently as a member of Knowledge Accelerator 2024. It was magnificent, I learned so much, and it helped me establish a writing process using the Creator's Codex framework to share my ideas.

The in-depth, hands-on lessons and instructional videos in the curriculum teach how to write with linked notes. Practicing immediately with next actions and takeaways, and understanding the Creator's Codex writing process and WOW techniques helps with writing sticking points and unlocks blindspots.

Since that workshop, I have launched this new WarrenWeb website on the Ghost publishing platform. Initially, I migrated major content from my previous Wordpress website (with links to legacy content).

I used proven WOW techniques for my notes and maps by moving between architect and gardener writing styles. I setup a reliable writing process that turns my ideas and notes into clear, meaningful writing to publish for sharing with others.

Also, I created a WarrenWeb Notes vault as a digital garden that I can use Obsidian Publish for early access to what I'm thinking, linking, and sharing in current notes under development that will eventually be integrated into Ghost pages, posts, and newsletter.

You can now benefit from this amazing course with this new WOW self-paced course that was introduced on 2 Aug 2024 ($500). This is much more affordable that the original live intensive workshop that was included with Knowledge Accelerator or available separately for $1500.

It doesn't have the showcases, hot seats, live Q&A's, forcing function of a weekly cadence, weekly Works in Process (WIPs), thoughtful peer discussions, or unique energy, which remain exclusive to the live cohort experience.

But it is still amazing, and focuses on the essentials to help you share thoughts, ideas, and insights with a repeatable writing process.

The goal was to make the course easy and accessible, but also keep the depth and ethos of the original. And they far exceeded that in what they have offered with this new course. Develop your ideas with linked notes that you writing, evolve, and emerge into outputs that you can share with others.
