WarrenWeb Workflow

My Obsidian workflow shares thinking about technology and interests via Obsidian linked notes and published on WarrenWeb via Ghost.

WarrenWeb Workflow

The feature image highlights key apps in my PKM workflow used to publish WarrenWeb notes, pages, and posts via Ghost and Obsidian Publish.

Arc Browser

I use Arc Browser to explore the web and gathering links for my interests and topics. Since it's my default browser, any link that I click (like when processing my email) automatically opens in my Arc Web space, except for specific URLs that are routed to Read, Music, Recipes, or Travel spaces by Air Traffic Control. I use the Reader app by Readwise in my Read space for articles, books, emails, PDF documents, tweets, feeds, and videos.

Drafts

I capture text (and voice dictation) into Drafts throughout the day, many will be added to my Obsidian day or week notes, journals, or log with specific Capture actions such as Add to Obsidian.

Obsidian

I use Obsidian for notes and maps in my PKM system, which contains several vaults (Ideaverse and WarrenWeb). My private space for managing my sparks, ideas, knowledge, notes, links, maps, etc. is based on Ideaverse from Nick Milo and the Linking Your Thinking (LYT) team that I established and refined since Spring 2023 over multiple LYT Workshops and a recent WOW Workshop.

Recently, I also created a separated WarrenWeb vault so that I can publish notes as a digital garden via Obsidian Publish for my Plus subscribers. This provides them early access to what I'm thinking, linking, and sharing.

Ghost

Earlier, I had decided to migrate my legacy Wordpress over to use the Ghost publishing platform. This includes a foundation of about 250 pages, with additional links to legacy content that has not yet been migrated.

Newsletter

Also, I have started publishing daily posts from my current 15-day LYT Gong practice (such as this one). These posts are automatically included in my WarrenWeb email newsletter for my subscribers.

Workflow Image

I added it as the featured image on my Home page. I was experimented with Canva to see how I might be able to integrate this image with the title and description on the theme background in the publication cover.

I almost worked it out, but it needs more tweaking and positioning to make it look right. This might be appropriate to be included in my cover page and newsletter.

Obsidian Publish

I also developed my Obsidian Publish page for my website, and I will publish that in a few days since it needs some additional refinement.
