Tiny Experiments
Tiny Experiments is a fantastic book. Watch her SXSW keynote and interview with Nick Milo. Also see the posts from my tiny experiment during her pre-launch ephemeral coaching community (Curiosity Collective).
Anne-Laure Le Cunff, neuroscientist and Founder of Ness Labs, has released her new book Tiny Experiments. It offers a fresh, unique perspective of curiosity, productivity, uncertainty, and growth based on an experimental mindset and mindfulness.
Curiosity Collective
I was fortunate to participate in an ephemeral coaching community called the Curiosity Collective for 4 weeks with Anne-Laure and 300 people before the book launched. It included watching her weekly live Zoom coaching sessions, reading excerpts from her book with breakout discussions, each of us doing our own tiny experiments on a focus topic based on the 4 parts of her book, and posting our results in a temporary Circle community.
These were the results that I posted during the Curiosity Collective experience:
- Pact: Commit to Curiosity
- Act: Practice Mindful Productivity
- React: Collaborate with Uncertainty
- Impact: Grow with the World
This was a fantastic experience and I learned so much from her. She covers important information and useful techniques for personal growth and development based on an iterative, incremental model. Her book is now available at Amazon and other retailers.
