Ideaverse Pro
Nick Milo and the Linking Your Thinking team released Ideaverse Pro version 1.5, which was their first major update since the original launch.
Ideaverse Pro is a knowledge management system—and educational product—for linked notes. Open it in Obsidian and start to improve how you learn, remember, and create—not just for today, but for a lifetime.
Their goal for version 1.5 is to have it give you cleaner and smoother thinking with more ways to get around blazingly fast.
Introduction
The Ideaverse Pro product includes two Obsidian vaults, course, lessons, videos, and documentation. Also, you have the option to selectively integrate specific features into an existing vault for a hybrid scenario where you want to merge the update incrementally into your own vault.
Features
Ideaverse Pro includes everything, including many notes explaining some PKM and LYT concepts. It's a complete done-for-you PKM system including notes and maps that illustrate and explain how you can use the Ideaverse. This vault is better for learning, exploring, and demonstrating the templates and structuring.
Ideaverse Zero is a blank vault that contains the base templates, folder structure, and more, but doesn’t include the concept notes and many of Nick's examples. This has all the infrastructure, plugins, settings, etc. as a starter kit, but without all the notes so you can simply start adding notes in your own Ideaverse to easily build out your PKM system.
They recommend starting by opening the Ideaverse Pro vault as a separate vault, see what’s possible and what might be useful for your use cases and how you process information with Nick’s example notes for reference, then apply what’s likely most useful for you in a blank Ideaverse Zero vault alongside your own notes.
