What went well?

PKM: Published Day Review post backlog in Ness Labs & LYT communities, as well as social web announcements.
Family Knowledge: Published updates to Family notes on Taxes from recent Family Review sessions with my wife.

What didn't go so well?

I haven't kept my templates updated to reflect Day Review changes.
I'm still seeing some irregular heart beats, but I've only been back on Flecainide for a day so far and it probably takes several before effective.
Now I'm getting more PVCs, but some occasional PACs too, so maybe these were not apparent when I had so many PACs before the ablation.

What will I focus on next?

Always keep template current with any Day Review or Log adjustments.
Publish Week Review based on Day Reviews & Logs.
Continue monitoring EKG heart rhythm and review with electrophysiologist at follow-up.
