The x (Extra) folder contains all my extra support resources like templates, scripts, snippets, images, PDFs, etc.
Previously, I had a Utilities subfolder under Atlas for all these extra files; even earlier, I had a top-level Special folder when I first used ACCESS before that was superceded by the ACE framework.
Now with the ACE-x enhancement to Nick Milo's LYT organization framework, there's an Extra (x) top-level folder for things like templates and images. This is a lot simpler and avoids deeply-nested subfolder references in links and settings. I definitely like this approach better.
