Drafts - Menu Bar

In Drafts Settings > General, I select to launch Drafts automatically at login, include it in the menu bar, and show the main window.

The menu bar provides an option to create a new draft in the main window, or use a simpler quick capture window to save (or open) the draft; both can use the current clipboard for the draft content.
