I'm doing a tiny experiment using my Day cluster notes in Obsidian: Plan, Log, Journal, Review, Actions, and Links. These are the results of my Day 1 trial for Monday, Jan 12, 2026 with a brief summary, what went well (Plus), what didn't (Minus), and what can I do (Next).

📆

[****I will use a Day cluster in Obsidian for 5 workdays.**](https://blog.warrenweb.net/experiment-pkm-create-today/)

## Summary

I focused on creating simple day plan quickly. That worked, but I did not actually do what I intended.

## ➕ Plus

- Created Plan note quickly
- Identified top priorities: focus effort and key actions
- Reviewed scheduled events: today and this week
- Assigned session time blocks: what and when
- Did meditation and exercise

## ➖ Minus

- Did not do priority family actions.
- Spent more time on templates.
- Logging less after morning.
- Missing intended reading.
- Doing too much Review in morning Plan
- Time spent create Day workspace.
- Too much time watching TV.

## ➡️ Next

- Watch less TV in evening.
- Shift Review from late afternoon to Evening Routine before bed.
- Create next Plan draft in previous Review.
- Check and finalize Review in the morning.
- Automate Diabetes Review in Morning Review.
- Automate Day workspace setup.
