Drafts - Draft List

Drafts has a lightweight organization system similar to email. Users create individual drafts in the Inbox. After a user processes a draft, they can move it to the Archive for long-term storage or the Trash if it is no longer needed. You also have the option to flag a draft and assign tags to it.

The draft list has these tabs:

  • Inbox: Users create new drafts here.
  • Flagged: Optionally, users can flag drafts. A flag is a separate property of a draft, so flagged drafts can be in either the inbox or archive.
  • Archive: Meant for long-term storage of drafts no longer actively in use.
  • All: Display both inbox and archive drafts which match active search filters.
  • Trash: The trash is where drafts go to be deleted. You can manually empty the trash, but the system will permanently delete any draft in the trash for over 30 days.
